2. Digital Delivery (Standard Method)

2.1 How Digital Delivery Works

All Orevia Digital packages are delivered digitally by default. Here’s what happens after your purchase:

  1. Payment Confirmation: You receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
  2. Processing: Your order is processed and prepared for digital delivery (typically within 1–2 hours).
  3. Delivery Email: Within 24 hours of successful payment, you will receive an email containing:
    • A secure download link for your workbook/manual (PDF format)
    • Access instructions for any included templates, worksheets, or resources
    • Your license key or access credentials (if applicable)
  4. Account Access: You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your Orevia account and visiting My Account → Downloads.

2.2 What You Receive

Depending on your purchased package, your digital delivery includes:

2.3 File Format & Compatibility

  • All digital Materials are provided in PDF format for universal compatibility

  • Files are optimized for viewing on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader or a compatible PDF viewer for the best experience

2.4 Download Instructions & Best Practices

Do:

  • Download and save your files to your device or cloud storage immediately after receipt
  • Create a backup copy to prevent accidental loss
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the delivery email within 24 hours
  • Ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible

Don’t:

  • Share your download link with others (links are unique to your account)
  • Attempt to redistribute, resell, or publicly post the Materials (violates our Terms)
  • Delete the delivery email before confirming successful download

2.5 Download Limits & Access Period

For security and licensing purposes:

  • Download links may be limited to 3–5 attempts per file
  • Links may expire after 30–90 days from purchase (varies by package)
  • Access to files via your Orevia account (“My Account → Downloads”) remains available as long as your account is active

If you exceed download limits or lose access:

3. Printed Delivery (Optional Request)

3.1 How to Request Printed Delivery

Printed copies are not included by default and must be requested manually:

  1. Complete your purchase for your chosen digital package.
  2. Within 7 days of purchase, email support@oreviadigital.com with:
    • Your full name and order number
    • The package name you purchased
    • Your complete shipping address (including postal code and country)
    • Confirmation that you understand any applicable shipping fees
  3. We will confirm whether printed delivery is available for your location and provide a quote for any additional shipping costs.

⚠️ Important: Printed delivery requests submitted after 7 days of purchase may not be fulfilled, as digital files are considered delivered and accepted after this period.

3.3 Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Printed delivery may incur additional shipping fees based on:

  • Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated and require your explicit approval before your order is processed.
  • No additional charges will be applied without your prior consent.

3.4 Tracking Your Printed Order

Once your printed order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
    • Courier name and tracking number
    • Estimated delivery date
    • Link to track your shipment in real-time

3.5 Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Street address, building number, and floor/suite (if applicable)
  • City, emirate/state, postal code, and country
  • Any special delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave with reception”)

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Packages lost or returned due to address errors
  • Additional fees incurred for address corrections or redelivery attempts

If your address changes after placing your printed delivery request, notify us immediately at support@oreviadigital.com.

3.6 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery but cannot complete it:

  • You will receive a notification from the courier with instructions for redelivery or pickup
  • Redelivery may incur additional fees depending on the courier’s policy
  • If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed attempts, we may:
    • Offer redelivery at an additional cost
    • Issue a partial refund (minus printing and initial shipping costs)
    • Provide store credit toward a future order

3.7 Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Printed Items

If your printed item is confirmed as lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered:

    • Your order number and tracking number (if available)
    • Description of the issue (e.g., “package marked delivered but not received”)
    • Photos of any damage (if applicable)
  2. We will investigate with the courier and confirm the issue within 3–5 business days.

4. Hybrid Orders (Digital + Printed)

If you request printed delivery for a package you’ve already received digitally:

  • Your digital access remains active and unaffected
  • Printed delivery is treated as a separate fulfillment process with its own timeline
  • Refund eligibility for the digital portion follows our standard Refund Policy (Section 2)
  • Printed portion refunds follow Section 3.7 above

5. International Deliveries

5.1 Digital Delivery

  • No additional fees for international digital delivery
  • Ensure your email provider accepts messages from oreviadigital.com (add to safe sender list if needed)

5.2 Printed Delivery

  • Printed delivery is available to most countries, subject to courier service coverage
  • International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services
  • Some countries may restrict import of printed educational materials — we will notify you if delivery to your location is not feasible

6. Changes, Cancellations & Delays

6.1 Order Changes

  • Digital orders: Cannot be modified after payment is processed, as delivery is automated. If you purchased the wrong package, contact us within 7 days to discuss upgrade options (see Refund Policy, Section 6).
  • Printed requests: Can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once printed and shipped, changes are not possible.

6.2 Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the timelines above, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume or seasonal peaks
  • Technical issues with email delivery or payment processing
  • Courier service disruptions, weather events, or customs holds
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided information
